After landing at the airport and getting into two taxis, Murphy took his new family into Cork, Ireland. Bellamy and Lexa followed them in a separate cab. As they arrived into town, Murphy had the taxi driver stop at the local inn that was next to a church. He looked over at Clarke and smiled as he had Dodger get out of the taxi before getting the bags and taking them inside. After setting the bags by the door he returned to the taxi and helped Clarke out before escorting her and Dodger inside the inn. Bellamy and Lexa followed them after paying the taxi drivers. As Dodger held the door open for his parents and aunt and uncle he smiled before hearing his mom let out a small gasp as her water broke. " Shit....Bellamy...we need to get Clarke to the church quickly...The hospital is too far from here. The pastor can help us with the delivery. Come on princess...hold it in until we get to the church." Murphy said as he walked with Clarke to the church. Dodger let go of the inn door and ran to get the church door. Clarke Griffin |

Clarke smiled as she looked over at Murphy and Dodger. She could feel a slight pain in her stomach. She was just excited about going on vacation with her family as well as Bellamy and Lexa. She held onto John's hand as she got out of the taxi. She let out a small gasp as she whispered to Murphy softly " babe my water broke." She closed her eyes as she tried to calm herself down and relax. She nodded as she figured that she could try and hold it in until they got to the church. She walked with Murphy into the church as she took a deep breath and held onto Murphy's hand. She just wanted to get this done and over with. She looked over at John to see if she was holding onto his hand too tightly as she took a few more deep breaths. John Murphy |

" Forgive us father. We need a quiet room as soon as possible. The lassie here is having a child. We could use some assistance with the birth." Murphy said as he helped Clarke to the pastor. There was no one else in the church as Lexa stopped Dodger and waited for them outside. " I'll let you know when it's safe to come inside." Bellamy said as he closed the door. As Murphy and Clarke walked quickly down the aisle he felt her squeeze his hand and he returned the squeeze so that his hand would not break. The pastor looked at them and said, " Aye, Laddie this is a church not a hospital. How far apart are the contractions?" As the pastor got feathered pillows and a sheet he laid them on the ground before helping Murphy lay Clarke down on the ground. Murphy smiled as he watched Bellamy get a bucket of water and a rag. He also got a pair of surgical scissors and face masks for himself, John and the pastor. As he handed one to the pastor and the other one to John. " Breathe Clarke....Push on three...one...two...three...push!" Bellamy said as he patted her forehead with the cold wet rag. John felt her grip tighten as she pushed the baby out. After a half hour their daughter was finally with them. " It's a girl. Laddie please cut the cord." the pastor said as he watched Bellamy hand John the surgical scissors. As John cut the cord and watched the pastor wrap the baby girl in a blanket with the Murphy family crest on it he smiled. " Thank you father. We're now heading to the hospital to make sure everything is okay with both of them. We will be back soon." Murphy said as he watched Bellamy help Clarke back to the taxi. Clarke was in awe as her and Murphy's baby girl were born. She was speechless as she couldn't believe her eyes as her baby girl was born without any problems. She took a short breath as she asked softly " can I hold the baby girl?" She looked over at John and asked him " what should we name her I'm thinking about naming her either Rose or Violet? What do you think babe? " She remembered that Dodger was outside with Lexa. She asked Murphy " should we let Dodger in so that he could see the baby girl who was going to be his new younger sister?" She smiled as she waited for John to answer her. She couldn't wait for Dodger to see his new baby sister. She wasn't sure how Dodger was going to react when he sees the baby for the first time. She hoped that with the new baby that Dodger,Murphy and her could be one happy family. She would do everything she could so that the new baby could be protected and have the best life possible. She couldn't wait to enjoy the rest of her vacation with her family and of course Bellamy and Lexa. John Murphy |

" In the cab you can. We need to get to the hospital to make sure there are no problems with either of you." Murphy said as he watched Dodger open the cab door and get inside. He then watched Bellamy hold the door open as he helped Clarke get in. As Murphy handed Violet to Clarke he gave Bellamy a hug before saying, " We'll be back soon. Stay here with Lexa and get the hotel rooms for us. They're both under your name." As Bellamy nodded his head in approval he returned the hug before closing the door after John got into the cab. As the taxi drove to the hospital Bellamy returned to Lexa and they moved all their luggage to the reception desk. " Checking in, Bellamy Blake." Bellamy said as he smiled at the receptionist. " Yes Mister Blake. We have two rooms. One room has one bed and the other has two beds and a pull out sofa. Rooms 201 and 202." the lady said as she handed the keys to Bellamy. As Lexa took the key for room 202 she picked up Murphy's bags and headed for the room. Bellamy followed her quietly with their luggage. Clarke Griffin |

Clarke sighed as she said " okay... fine babe I understand." She wanted to get to the hospital as fast as possible although she didn't know when the cab was going to get there. As she saw the cab approach she opened the door and got inside as she waited for both Dodger and Murphy to come. She looked down as she was disappointed in how the vacation was going for all of them. She knew that she had to have a better outlook since she figured that the vacation could get better for them. She layed her head down on Murphy's shoulder and briefly closed her eyes. She tried to relax as they made their way to the hospital. Her thoughts seem to drift off towards Bellamy and Lexa. She wondered how they were dealing with this and what they might be doing. She attempted to shake her thoughts from her mind. John Murphy |

John followed Clarke into the hospital after paying the taxi driver and taking the baby from Dodger as he got out of the vehicle. He then handed him his sister back as they walked to Clarke. John smiled as he entered the hospital and watched the nurses take the baby and Clarke into a room to be examined. As Dodger held onto his little sister he glared at the nurse. " Dodger...let the nurse take your sister to get her shots and a clean bill of health. We don't want anything happening to her now do we?" John said to Dodger. As Dodger let the nurse take his sister he gave Murphy a hug and began to cry. " Will we get my little sister back?" he asked as he sniffled. Murphy chuckled as he said, " Yes, we'll get her back fit as a fiddle." John then picked up Dodger and took him over to the waiting room before placing him in a chair and sitting next to him. Clarke smiled as she went with Murphy and Dodger into the hospital. She gave Dodger the baby to hold before the baby had to go over to the nurse. She followed the nurse to be examined as she looked over at John as she gave him a slight smile. She quickly whispered in Dodger's direction " don't worry my dear son the baby and I will be alright." She was scared to be going with the nurse with Murphy although she knew that the nurse just wanted to make sure she would be alright. She looked over at the nurse as she asked " will everything be alright and will I be okay? " She just wanted to be sure that everything will be alright. She went with the nurse as she was guided into a room. She watched the nurse leave as her thoughts seemed to drift towards Murphy and Dodger. John Murphy |

As Dodger sat next to his dad he looked at him and gave him a hug. " Everything will be fine papa..." Dodger said as he hugged his father. Murphy hung his head and smiled as he returned Dodger's hug before standing up. On their way in John had noticed a couple of vending machines with snacks and drinks in them. He dug out some money and handed it to Dodger. " You hungry? Let's go see what they have in the vending machines." he said with a smile. A nurse had entered the waiting room with a clipboard and said, " Is there a Mister Murphy here?" John frowned as he was really looking forward to some Irish pudding. " Yes? What's wrong?" Murphy asked as he immediately thought of their baby girl taking a turn for the worse or if Clarke was injured. " Your wife is perfectly fine. She is free to go, but your daughter is..." the nurse said before she was grabbed by Murphy who was angry. " If anything happens to my baby girl...I will have this hospital shut down." Murphy said angrily as he released the nurse. The nurse looked at Dodger who had tears in his eyes. " Please tell me my little sister is okay and that we can go home..." Dodger said as he began to cry. The nurse handed Dodger a pudding cup and a plastic spoon with a smile. Murphy nodded his head as Dodger went back to his chair and ate the pudding. " I was going to say your daughter is perfectly fine and she is resting. Please don't do that again. You can visit your wife and daughter in a couple of hours. They are resting right now. I suggest you two do the same. We have two cots in your wife's room for you two to relax on. Please follow me." the nurse replied as she handed John a pudding cup as well. Murphy had been looking forward to the pudding cup since they arrived at the hospital and he smiled as he opened it and ate it slowly. Dodger followed his father and the nurse to his mother's room. He then sat on his cot and finished his pudding cup quietly. John sat on his cot and did the same before placing the empty cups and spoons on the tray with Clarke's. Clarke tried to relax as she went to sleep. She had no idea what was going on between Murphy,Dodger and the nurse. Her thoughts seem to drift towards other places. She just hoped that Murphy didn't do or say anything stupid. She did a few deep breaths as she tried to relax her thoughts so that she could have a peaceful rest. She closed her eyes as she cleared her mind so that she would get a good rest. She felt herself go into a deep sleep as she didn't fight it. She didn't even see Murphy and Dodger come into the room. She let her hand dangle off the side of the cot that she was laying on. She wondered if her baby girl was alright and if she was healthy. Once she was fully awake she planned on going up to the nurse and asking how the baby was doing. John Murphy |

As the nurse returned to the room with Violet, she handed her to John before giving him a bottle of Clarke's breast milk. As John held Violet he smiled and began to feed her. He looked over at Dodger and watched him smile as Violet looked at them before she stopped sucking on the bottle. The nurse gave Dodger a rag and placed it over his left shoulder as John handed Violet to Dodger. Dodger watched the nurse and did as she did. After placing Violet's head on his left shoulder he patted on her back gently until she burped and spit up onto the towel. He then handed her back to his dad before saying quietly, " Can I feed her next time papa?" John smiled and nodded his head as Violet laughed happily and attempted to grab John's hair. Dodger chuckled quietly as the nurse took the burp cloth and placed it on the table. She then checked on Clarke's vitals before leaving the room. A few minutes later the nurse returned with three glasses of apple juice and water for Dodger, Clarke and Murphy. She set them on the tray and took the empty pudding cups away. Dodger watched his little sister try to grab their fathers hair and he smirked before taking a few dollars his dad had given him and going to the gift shop. He went and bought a rattle, a pacifier and a few diapers before returning to his father and sister. As he gave the rattle to Violet he gave her a small kiss on her cheek. John smiled as he whispered, " Good thinking son. Let me have the pacifier and a diaper please. I think your sister took a nasty poop." Dodger sniffed the air before covering his nose and nodding his head. " Yeah she did. I'm going to step into the hall so I don't gag and wake up mom." Dodger said as he left the room. Murphy unbuttoned the outfit and undid the dirty diaper as the nurse returned with a box of baby wipes. As John took a wipe and cleaned Violet's bottom he watched her smile before she shook her new toy rattle. Murphy then took the dirty diaper and wrapped it up before handing it to the nurse and putting the clean diaper on. He finally buttoned up the little pink outfit before giving her the pacifier and rocking her to sleep. As he looked up he saw Dodger return with a green baby blanket that looked used. " This used to be mine papa...I want sissy to have it." Dodger said quietly as he gave the blanket to his dad. Murphy wrapped up Violet in her brother's blanket and she smiled as she fell asleep. Clarke smiled as she was still asleep. She hadn't realized that either Murphy or Dodger was awake or when the nurse brought Violet into the room. She softly sighed as she muttered " guess I don't need to ask the nurse on how Violet is doing." She wondered if any one heard what she said. She was startled and awoke quickly when she saw the nurse. The nurse calmed her by saying that she was only here to check on her vitals. She tried to relax as she allowed the nurse to check on her vitals to make sure that she was alright. She couldn't fall back asleep so she looked over at John and Violet and smiled. She chuckled as Dodger left since he wanted to gag. She got up and walked over towards Murphy and Violet. She said " hi there babe Violet looks lovely although I was sleeping when she came into the room I'll change the diaper so that you can go and be by Dodger." She didn't think that Murphy was already changing the dirty diaper so she just went to see if she could find Dodger before going back to the room. John Murphy |

Dodger was standing outside the door when he saw his mother out of the corner of his right eye. " You need to rest mum. You shouldn't be up walking around." Dodger said as he gave her a hug. He watched the nurse leave the room with the dirty diaper before returning to his dad and little sister. " We're cleared to return to the hotel. The nurse just went to get the paperwork and a passport for Violet. That way we can return to the States with her. We also need to fill out paperwork when we return to the States so she has dual-citizenship." John said to Clarke as he handed Violet to Dodger who was eager to take care of her. Violet cooed and giggled as she shook her new little toy rattle. She attempted to hit Dodger with it, but she was stopped by John's hand. " No sweetie. Don't hit your big brother." Murphy said sweetly as he let the rattle go. Violet began to cry as she was stopped from hurting her brother. Murphy handed Dodger her pacifier and watched as he gave it to Violet, who spit it out and continued to cry. Dodger caught the pacifier and handed it back to his dad as he looked at his mom and rocked his little sister gently. Clarke Griffin |

Clarke smiled as she blinked her eyes and saw Dodger out of the corner of her eye. She said to him "don't worry I'll be fine my dear son." She figured that she would get some rest in a little bit. When she heard that the baby was cleared to go back to the hotel she was happy although she dreaded filling out the papers so that the baby could have dual citizenship. She rolled her eyes as she muttered " let's just get the whole filling out the papers thing done and over with so that we could get back to the hotel." John Murphy |

After filling out the release papers for Violet and Clarke, John grabbed the new diaper bag. He then followed Dodger as they walked with Violet and Clarke back to the taxi. After climbing into the taxi John told the cab driver to return to the hotel and as they took off Violet began to cry again. Dodger took out her pacifier and handed it to Murphy before giving his baby sister the fresh bottle that the nurse had given him. John put the pacifier into the diaper bag that the hospital gave them. " You sure you're okay princess?" Murphy asked Clarke as he gave her a water bottle and a kiss on the cheek. He then took Violet and burped her for Dodger before giving her back to him. Violet spit up on the burp rag before giggling and cooing happily. She then attempted to grab Murphy's hair before hitting him with her rattle. As Violet laughed and shook her rattle she looked at Clarke and smiled before reaching for her. Dodger looked at John before smiling and giving Violet to his mom. Clarke Griffin |
