Clarke wondered what Chancellor Kane meant when he said that Murphy isn't what he seems. She muttered "does Chancellor Kane know something about John that I don't know." She nodded at Murphy as she got to work freeing John from restraints. Clarke smiled as she said to Murphy "I don't want to lose you but I don't know what Chancellor Kane has up his sleeve. If we do end up getting separated just know that I love you John." She kissed him before backing away from the guards. She slightly smiled at Murphy as she whispered to him "don't worry John I will"as she looked over at her mother and Bellamy. As she heard John call her name she knew something was wrong. She ran with Bellamy and her mother to see John not breathing as he laid on the ground in his cell. "What the fuck did you do to him?" Clarke asked Jack angrily.

Murphy heard everything that was going on until he passed out. As Abby continued CPR on him, he tried to regain consciousness and start his heart back up. It was no use, because the only thing that would bring him back was another jolt from a baton. Abby grabbed one of the guards batons and started it up. " Forgive me Clarke...Breathe damn you!" Abby said as she hit Murphy in the chest with the baton. As his heart was started back up and he was able to breathe again, John rolled over and groaned. " Ugh...I feel like I got hit by a truck..." Murphy said as he opened his eyes to see Bellamy keeping the guards away. He looked to his left to see Abby smiling and as he sat up he felt Clarke give him a hug as she cried. " Thanks Chancellor Griffin...Aagh! Easy Princess...Hey Bells! I got a new song for our next performance. That is, if you are okay with sparring me." Murphy said as he looked at the guards. " Who told you two to stand here and torture Murphy? Get out of my sight! You two are dismissed and Lieutenant Murphy is free to go. I will deal with Chancellor Kane. Bellamy! Help Clarke take John to the living facility here on the Ark. I've set up a special room for them so they don't have to leave camp." Abby said as she gave the baton back to Myra before escorting Myra and Jack outside to Kane. Abby was furious and John was a little scared. After Abby was out of earshot he said, " You know Princess...Your mom is cool and all, but sometimes she scares me. Remind me not to get on her bad side." |

Clarke looked down as she closed her eyes as she whispered to her mother "I forgive you mother." She was trying to be strong and fight through tears. She saw Murphy in pain and she ran and gave him a hug while she was crying. She let go of John as she stood up and helped Bellamy take Murphy to the living facility that her mother had set up. "John my love I know and you don't ever want to get on my mother's bad side but I will protect you Murphy,everything will be alright."

As they entered the living quarters John saw a Queen size bed and a little desk with a chair and a small table lamp. " Nice! You want to sit or lay down?" Bellamy asked. Murphy looked at the bed before taking a few steps on his own. He then collapsed on the bed. " Thanks Bells...why the hell did Chancellor Kane want me locked up?" Murphy asked as he sat on the bed. He looked at Clarke and gave her a smile. As John relaxed and put on a clean shirt he looked for his guard jacket. " Here..." Bellamy said as he tossed John his jacket. Murphy put his jacket on the chair before approaching Bellamy and Clarke. He gave Bellamy a hug before giving Clarke a playful wink. " Bellamy. I need to speak with Clarke alone. Return to Chancellor Kane and make sure he thinks I'm dead. See if Chancellor Griffin will play along as well." John said as he looked at Clarke and cocked his neck towards the room. After Clarke was in the room, John closed the door and locked it as Bellamy left to see what was going on outside. " I want Kane to think I am dead...I want to see how he reacts when they lose their best Lieutenant. Clarke...I'm so sorry for what I've put you through today. The worry, anguish, pain and heartbreak was not a test. I really did die until your mother brought me back to life. Just seeing how much the both of you care about me it really means a lot to me." John said as he turned around and waited for her reply. He walked over to her and gave her a hug and a passionate kiss on the lips. |

Clarke walked and stood over by Bellamy. She smiled at Bellamy and Murphy. She looked over at Murphy as wondered why would John want Chancellor Kane and her mother to think that. She didn't think that John would get a reaction out of Chancellor Kane but he might get a reaction out of her mother. She smiled slightly as she said " it's alright Murphy." She was glad that her mother was able to bring John back to life. " I care about you because I love you and I don't want to lose you." Clarke wasn't sure if what she said made sense but it didn't really matter if it made sense or not. She held Murphy in her arms and hugged him gently as she kissed him. |

John picked up Clarke and he held her close to him and kissed her passionately. As he felt her move against his body his heart picked up pace and began to beat faster. He broke the connection as he looked around quickly for cameras. Upon seeing no cameras he heard a special knock at the door. " Damn it..." he muttered as he slipped into the closet. As Clarke walked towards the door a note was slipped under the crack. It was in Bellamy's handwriting. " Clarke- Everything is going according to plan...Keep Murphy hidden when I give the secret knock. That will be when it's time for room checks. No cameras are in the room and it is sound proof in case you guys want to get kinky. Have fun! -Bells" the note said. Clarke gave the secret whistle to let John know the coast was clear. As John saw the note he smiled before returning to Clarke by the bed. " Was that Bells?" John asked as he watched Clarke put the note on the desk. John took off his shirt and tossed it into the chair where his jacket was. He then made sure his radio was turned off before caressing the love of his life as he pulled her close to him. He returned to pleasing both of them as he unhooked her bra under her shirt. Murphy then slipped off her pants and underwear before he felt her do the same to him. Clarke smiled as she held onto Murphy and kissed him. She got down off of John and looked around the room before looking at the door. "John you can come out now,there's nothing to worry about it was just Bellamy." She took off her shirt and her bra and threw on the desk. Clarke smiled as she looked over at Murphy. She loved the idea of a proper wedding but she didn't know what could happen with the war. She knew that Chancellor Kane might get in the way or even find where John was. She just had to protect him from Kane. "The walls are definitely sound proof" as she smirked and winked at Murphy. Clarke pulled John close to her as she kissed him from his lips and down towards his neck. She moaned "damn...John Murphy you're so damn amazing." As John continued to please his wife in every way possible, his concentration was broken as the secret knock was heard at the door. "Fuck....now's a really great time Bells..." Murphy muttered as he grabbed eye drops and placed them in Clarke's eyes. "You need to be seen crying...otherwise the plan falls apart..." he whispered to her as he grabbed his pants and threw them on. He then turned the lights on brighter and ducked into the closet. As he did he noticed his journal on the desk. "Open my journal and act like you're reading it." he hissed at her as she threw on a robe and grabbed Murphy's Law. She then unlocked the door and opened it. On the other side she would see Chancellor Kane, Bellamy, Jasper, Finn and her mother.
"Clarke, Are you okay?" Abby asked as she winked. "We are here for room checks." Kane said ignoring Clarke's tears. As Finn and Jasper entered the room with Bellamy they began their search for Murphy. John pressed his back to the left side of the cabinet as Bellamy opened the right cabinet door. When Bellamy stuck his head into the cabinet he saw Murphy and said, "All clear nothing here." Finn and Jasper nodded their heads in agreement before leaving the room. Kane started to follow them back outside when he saw Bellamy's note. "Clarke, would you care to explain this note?" Kane asked her as he became suspicious.

Clarke looked up at Murphy,she had no idea whether or not the plan was going to work. She did what she had to do to make the plan work. She picked up Murphy's law and started to read it as she went to open the door. She looked at her mother and said as she was crying "oh hi mother.. it's just.. ever since John died I have been missing him so much." She closed Murphy's law as she thought oh fuck Kane saw the note now I have some explaining to do. She scratched her head as she explained "oh the note.. well you see my mother had me sent here after seeing Murphy die and all."

Kane nodded his head in approval before walking away. Abby winked at Clarke before giving her a hug. As Abby entered the room she closed the door and said, " Nicely done darling. Coast is clear John." As John heard Abby he exited the closet with a smile. " Thanks for playing along Ma'am." John said as he gave her a hug. He then laid on the bed before asking, " Does he suspect anything?" Abby paused as she looked at the note. " The note almost gave the plan away, but we're doing everything we can to keep it covered up. Don't worry son, we won't let Kane kill you again. After a few days you can return to work. For now just get some rest and the splint can be removed as well." Abby said as she kissed John's forehead. He smiled before pulling Clarke towards him and saying, " Thanks Chancellor Griffin." Abby left the room and locked the door from the outside before returning to the medical tent. John looked at Clarke and chuckled as he said, " I'll never get used to your mom calling me son." He then dimmed the lights once more before taking Clarke into a passionate embrace. As he removed his pants he chuckled as he kissed her on the lips. As he kissed his beautiful wife he looked at the note before saying, " I still don't feel right lying to my commanding officer. If I go back out there in a few days...we all get busted. Me, You, your mom, Bellamy, Finn and Jasper." He then felt Clarke move her hands up and down his chest. " I don't care...as long as I have you my lovely princess." Murphy said as he laid on the bed cuddling Clarke once more. |

Clarke smiled and looked at her mother. She looked over at Murphy and smiled. She put her arm around John and said "you'll eventually get used to it." She kissed him as she ran her fingers through Murphy's hair. "I know darling but everything will be alright." She didn't worry about anything else she had her husband in her life. Clarke knew that they would all be busted and potentially feel Kane's wrath when Murphy returned. "We're together that's all that matters,let's enjoy the time we have together and not worry about anything else."
